Carrot Rasin Bread

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Pecans Chopped
3/4 cup Butter
1 cup Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Carrot Finely Grated
1 cup Raisins
1 1/2 cups Flour
2 large Eggs
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 teaspoons Baking Powder

DIRECTIONS:

1. Preheat oven to 350

2. Cream margarine & sugar. Add eggs to sugar mixture.

3. Sift together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, & salt. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Add
grated carrot, raisins, & nuts.

4. Pour into a well greased & floured loaf pan.

5. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Better if left overnight before serving
