Applesauce Rasin Bread

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup quick cooking oats
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
3/4 cup raisins
1 1/4 cups applesauce
1/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup apple juice

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

2. Grease and flour an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan.

3. Soak raisins in apple juice.

4. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, oats, and brown sugar.
Add applesauce, oil, eggs, and milk; stir until just combined. Mix in raisins. Spread batter into
prepared pan.

5. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes. Remove from pan immediately, and cool on a wire rack.
